About Michael Danby

Michael Danby was first elected to represent the electorate of Melbourne Ports in the House of Representatives in 1998. He was re-elected in 2001.

Michael is acknowledged for his strong advocacy on behalf of local community groups and constituents.

A lifetime time local resident (born and raised in Elwood) himself, Michael has a son and daughter and is engaged to be married.
